The kilt does a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of marketing and branding, but we also provide all the necessary marketing tools used in advertising, promotions, and events to build brand recognition and help grow sales. Our first-rate marketing programs use PR, social media, online, print, and guerrilla market initiatives to promote the Men In Kilts brand and services.
Developing our brand in a way that creates top-of-mind awareness, along with our dedication to service excellence, will ensure we become the first choice for window and exterior cleaning services across North America. One of the most valuable and unique support services we provide our franchisees is our centralized Sales and Customer Service Center (SC). Our SC is a sales, scheduling, and customer service center that supports all of the Men In Kilts franchises.
The SC takes incoming calls from customers all over North America and provides customers with an estimate over the phone in minutes. The agent then schedules and dispatches the job to the closest franchise, relieving franchisees of answering the phones, doing onsite estimates, and the administrative hassles associated with the process — not to mention the time and cost savings. We also manage the customer database and we follow up to stay in touch with customers regularly. Our customer service and booking teams are the front line in acquiring and maintaining your customers.
Our support does not end after the initial training or after a franchisee’s first year is complete. Men In Kilts is dedicated to providing our franchisees with ongoing support and coaching at all stages of their growth. We leverage the experience of franchise owners who have been successfully growing for 20+ years, and pass on those best practices for the benefit of all franchisees.
