The agent then schedules and dispatches the job to the closest franchise, relieving franchisees of answering the phones, doing onsite estimates, and the administrative hassles associated with the process — not to mention the time and cost savings. We also manage the customer database and we follow up to stay in touch with customers regularly. Our customer service and booking teams are the front line in acquiring and maintaining your customers.
